1)Store management
-Store monitoring by store visiting
-Communicating and supporting stores (Vacancy, training plan, evaluation etc.,)
-Working closely with sales departments
-Follow-up on the weekly briefing topic plan
-Organize the new openings and closing of stores
-HR administrative activities
2) Staff Management
-Contract management
-Performance evaluation regarding promotion
-Planning store organization
-Staff allocation planning (Staffing)
-Control turnover and establish measures to improve employee retention.
3) Budgeting
-Analysing and forecasting headcounts of each stores
-Control hours budget and implement action plans to adjust the productivity and hours to the
sales
4) Training
-Suggesting new creative ideas to the training of staff
-Implementation and operation of training activities
2. Èñ¸Á °æ·Â
- Bachelor¡¯s degree in related field
• 3~5 relevant experiences in retail company (Human resources, Training, Sales supervising, or
store managing experiences)
• Good English skill /Chinese skill preferred
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Outstanding leadership
• Independent, mature, and able to cope with dynamic environment
• Deep knowledge of Human Resources and management concepts
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
