Key Role and Responsibility

  • Responsible for the whole Compensation & Benefits

  • Plan, design and implement compensation programs and policies that are up to date and competitive with market standard.

  • Ensure that the compensation programs and policies are in compliance with company policies and government regulations

  • Provide strategic inputs and feedbacks to stakeholders to improve compensation related programs.

  • Manage projects such as program design, analysis, budgeting, survey analysis, etc.

  • Participate in Salary Survey and analysis external market changes with regard to compensation and salary increase trend to make sure that the company compensation program is competitive in the job market

  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation related policies and recommend improvement plans.


Job Requirement


Experience & Skills


  • Strong Compensation & Benefit experience, proven experience on salary survey, planning and actions, etc.

  • In-depth knowledge of payroll, tax, and labor law related C&B.

  • Advanced MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills

  • Inter-Personal skills : organized and structured way of working, hands-on and flexible way of thinking, problem solver, precise and excellent attention to detail

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in working in an international business environment would be a plus

 


Qualifications


  • Undergraduate degree or above.

  • Business fluent in Korean and English skills

  • At least 7 years experiences in C&B position out of over 11 years experiences in HR

 

 

Additional Informantion


He/she will be responsible for guiding and developing a C&B fucntion of 2 professionals in the delivery of overall compensation program of the company.
