1) Manage the planning, execution, A/B testing & optimization of campaigns across digital marketing
channels such as Social Paid,
2) SEM and Affiliate¡¯s, also including but not limited to: SEO, Social and
Email.
3) Maintain Zara¢¥s multi-channel marketing calendar for all campaigns and activities.
4) Create campaign content briefs working with 3rd party agencies & internal teams to manage
workflows and ensure projects are delivered on time.
5) Complete regular performance reporting on various attribution models for all digital marketing
channels to ensure strong conversion & ROAS.
6) Work with the Global Digital Media Manager to develop, maintain and communicate with a base of
bloggers and influencer¡¯s, to support an outreach program for improving search engine visibility.
7) Manage paid campaigns through paid channels to ensure positive return on budget.
8) Work with external & internal teams to ensure all campaigns, emails & content launch & end at the
correct times.
9) Monitor & report regularly on industry trends.
10) Regularly conduct campaign experiments to ensure the most optimized version is running at all times.
11) Regularly review, analyze & report on customer journeys.
12) Drive strategy & actions around achieving growth on; Conversion, Traffic & ROAS.
13) Assist with tech integrations, testing & deployments
2, ÀÚ°ÝÁ¶°Ç
1) Ideally over 5 years of professional experience in social media, digital ad campaigns, content
marketing i in agency or in-house (preferably in fashion retail industries)
2)Bachelor¡¯s degree in related field
3) Fluent in English is a must.
4) Excellent networking & communication skills
5) Expertise or strong interests in data analyzing with numbers, trends, and research skill
6) Sufficient work experience with power BI & Google analytics
7) Flexible, adaptable, problem-solving
8) Must be able to perform within a fast-paced environmen
